Bentonville Flock Files is a citizen-organized public-records website. It is not an official City of Bentonville publication.

Information this site collects

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, user accounts, or non-essential cookies. The community submission form does not upload or store information on this website. It prepares an email in your own email application, and nothing is sent until you choose to send that email.

Email submissions

If you email info@bentonvilleflock.info, the email service and recipient will receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. Do not send license-plate numbers, faces, home addresses, phone numbers, medical information, credentials, or other private information about a citizen. Redact documents before attaching them.

Hosting and technical logs

The hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and security events, under their own service terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and consent

Because this site does not currently set non-essential cookies or run behavioral tracking, it does not display a cookie-consent pop-up. If analytics, advertising, embedded tracking services, or other non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and the consent experience should be reviewed before those tools are enabled.

Children

This site is intended for a general civic audience and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child.
